It was a very scary situation for us . We were first time ever at 80 years of age exposed to bed bugs during our trip to Mexico . Upon return we called this company and they responded immediately to our call. We were very fortunate to have Parker (their bed bug specialist) come to our home to investigate the situation . He was very knowledgeable, with experience , courteous, and helpful putting us at ease with this situation, dealing with the immediate issue and putting a preventive plan in place . He was also available for follow up questions on a long week end. He is someone you would want to have help you ! Thank you Parker !

Jeremy from Bugman came by for what we thought was a mouse problem and it turned out to be bats! He was prompt, pleasant and although he couldn’t legally do anything about the bats he gave us some helpful advice on how to deter them. Would highly recommend him.
